Reservations Policy

Rates are based on a 2 person occupancy in the single units and a 4 person occupancy in the two bedroom cottages. An additional $15 per person per night over the age of 6 will be applied. Additional guests are most easily accommodated in Ixora & Buttercup. Children under 6 can stay free.

A deposit of one night is required to confirm booking. A refund is available if the property manager is notified within 30 days of receiving the deposit. Travel insurance is recommended, especially if you are traveling during The Bahamas' Hurricane Season.
